BROWNWOOD REUNION CELEBRATION - 2008

This years reunion celebration will have a greater hometown feeling as depicted in the official poster "ROOTS RUN DEEP".

Brownwood, Texas is located in the geographical “heart” of Texas and for the past seven years has reached out to friends and family around the corner and around the world. This year on September 19, 20, and 21, 2008, the community will again host the Brownwood Reunion Celebration.

The Brownwood Reunion Celebration (BRC) in 2001 was the first worldwide reunion via web cams placed strategically throughout the event. The BRC attracts approximately 25,000 people over the three-day weekend festival and 150,000+ virtually. It has received over 20 awards by the Texas Festivals and Events Association and continues to evolve into an exciting event for the young and young at heart. The Reunion provides entertainment by nationally known musicians on a large concert sized stage plus three other stages with live, continuous entertainment.

Approximately 1500 people volunteer each year for the Brownwood Reunion Celebration. Volunteer opportunities are there whether you want to roll up your sleeves and begin helping now or if you or your group wishes to assist some time during the Reunion. Click on the Volunteer button to get started.
